A BIG thank you today to the ‘Wrap with Love’ team for this installment of 2000 wraps, to Crown Relocations for moving this donation from Sydney to Brisbane, and to Roy Boulton at Fort Knox Bulimba for meeting the truck, putting the donation into storage and for taking some pictures along the way – what a great day!

For sometime, the Gobi Revival Fund has sponsored a winter camel festival. Since 2003/2004 I (Barry) have supported this celebration. Unfortunately the Zud (a very dry summer followed by extreme winter conditions) caused the cancellation of this years festivities – it was too cold to move animals and people. Government warnings strongly advised against these types of movements. Herding families found themselves and their livestock fighting for survival.
Instead our monies were applied to the purchase of hay and grain for animals living in the Bayangovi soum. It wasn’t much, as we did not plan on taking this action, but we hoped it helped a few. Here are some pictures.
